Break 2 Pink 'n' Whites into blender.
Mix 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder into 300ml of skimmed milk and add to blender.
Add 50g low fat caramel ice cream.
Close lid and blend for 2 minutes or until all ingredients are nicely blended together.
Pour milk shakes into glasses.
Finish with 25g of low fat squirty cream.
